Starting January 1, 2026, we kindly ask for 24 hours notice for cancellations or reschedules. Appointments cancelled with less than 24 hours notice or missed without notice will be subject to a fee equal to 50 percent of the missed service, applied at your next visit. Arrivals more than 5 minutes late may need to be rescheduled.
